I am a first-year Ph.D. student in Information Studies at the University of Maryland, advised by Prof. Zubin Jelveh. Currently, my research interests include data science, machine learning, network analysis, and digital history.

I have a B.S. in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis, with a second major in Systems Science & Engineering and a minor in History. At WashU, I conducted research on applications of machine learning and network analysis to biology with Prof. Michael Brent.

Aug 26, 2025 Started my PhD in Information Studies at the University of Maryland!
Apr 09, 2025 I received the Research Excellence Award from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the WashU McKelvey Engineers’ Honors Ceremony! At the event, I also received the Senior Academic Excellence Award and Antoinette Frances Dames Award from the McKelvey School of Engineering.
Nov 16, 2024 I gave a talk on my ongoing research at the 2024 Midstates Consortium Undergraduate Research Symposium in the Physical Sciences, Mathematics and Computer Science!
Nov 15, 2024 I was interviewed for an article about a wonderful course I’m taking this semester, Special Topics in Systems Engineering: Modeling and Design of Social Choice Systems.
